Beginner Gymnastics for Kids

WHAT:
Our Beginner Gymnastics classes (Level 1) are perfect for kids ages 4–12 who are just starting their gymnastics journey. These foundational classes focus on building strength, balance, and body awareness across all four core apparatuses: vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Children will learn:
- Vault skills like stretch jumps and handstand flat backs
- Uneven bars techniques including pullovers and back hip circles
- Floor moves such as cartwheels, rolls, and handstands
- Beam basics like mounts, stretch jumps, and beginner cartwheels
Classes are designed to be fun, supportive, and structured—helping students develop the confidence and skills needed to advance through our gymnastics program levels.
